My grandmother is originally from the Basque Country, Arantxa’s love for food and Basque cuisine has remained constant over the years. From her early days working with pre-cooked meals in a butcher’s shop to opening her own restaurant, she has shown dedication and skill in the culinary arts.

Through her restaurant, Arantxa has shared her passion for Basque cuisine with others, creating delicious dishes that reflect the rich gastronomic culture of the region. Her restaurant “Lagunak” what means friends in basque, has been a gathering place for those seeking to enjoy authentic Basque flavors and the warmth of her hospitality.
